ABOUT KEY COORDINATION SERVICES

Key Coordination services is a completely independent provider of Support Coordination to NDIS participants.

We are NDIS registered and provide support to adults living with disabilities. We have experience supporting participants with physical, intellectual and psychosocial disabilities. We support people living in the community, in supported accommodation and in aged care. Our aim is to support participants and their loved ones to unlock the potential in the NDIS plan and reach their goals.

Mission Statement

 

To provide a Support Coordination service with a reputation for integrity, respect and honesty. To promote the capacity of participants and their loved ones to navigate the NDIS and mainstream services with confidence. To make the role of the support coordinator obsolete for them, so that they can take charge of their plan and Key Coordination can go on to support other participants to do the same.

To promote collaboration, mutual support and knowledge sharing amongst support coordinators whether independent or working within organisations. To provide support and advice to coordinators who want to establish their own business providing CoS services.
