MEET THE TEAM

Marsha O’Meara, the Director of Key Coordination Services, is an accomplished community services professional, with over 20 years of experience working in a variety of settings including direct service delivery, management, case management and advocacy. 

 

Marsha has provided individual advocacy and case management for a wide variety of social service users.

Marsha's strengths lie in her exceptional communication skills, her ability to support individuals to reach their desired outcomes through negotiation and an energetic approach to work. Marsha takes a person-centred approach, looking at the individual in a holistic way and communicating in the manner best suited to them and their situation.

 

Marsha  has built strong working relationships with professionals across the community service sector including Health, Justice, NDIA and The Office of the Public Guardian as well as with therapy and support providers.
